Returns Policy
Faulty Items
We strongly advise you contact the manufacturer of your product before
returning an item to us, they will be able to provide you with full
technical support. If an item appears faulty after 7 days of reciept
you can return the
item to us for a replacement/refund. After 7 days you should contact
the manufacturer. We have a list of manufacturer contacts at the bottom
of this page.
Unwanted Goods
Within 7 days these can be returned for a full refund for any reason.
After 7 days we reserve the right to refuse opened and/or unwanted
goods, or to charge a discretionary re-stocking fee of £5 or
7% of the value of the goods, whichever is the greater. Postage: All
returned items must be sent by recorded post (not Special Delivery or
Courier), as we are not responsible for un-received goods. The cost of
returning items is the responsibility of the customer, there are some
exceptions, please email for details. You should always contact us if
you are unsure if you can return an item to us. Returns must be
accompanied by a copy of the invoice so we can process it asap.
All returned goods must be accompanied with a Returns Form

CAN ONLY BE EXCHANGED IF FAULTY, WE WILL NOT
REFUND HEADPHONES THAT ARE NOT FAULTY This is for Hygiene reasons,
PLEASE CHECK YOU HAVE THE CORRECT HEADPHONES BEFORE OPENING THE PACKAGE
AS WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO RETURN HEADPHONES BACK TO YOU IF WE BELIEVE
THEY HAVE BEEN OPENED OR USED.
Please note we do not accept returns of special purchase items, consumables,
opened software unless it is faulty or software licences.

can I cancel/change my order
To cancel or change an order please contact us from here with your name, order
number and query. We will try our best to rectrify the problem for you
but cannot guarantee changes as the order may have already been
dispatched (If this is the case we will let you know)

Sometimes we will ship items separately due to stock or
size of
the item. Please check your invoice for delivery quantities as this will show any items to follow. Please feel free to contact us if you believe an item to be
missing and we will rectify the situation as soon as possible.
I have received the wrong item
If you believe that you have received the wrong item please
notify us as soon as possible. Please
DO NOT open the
packaging. Please return the item to us using our
Returns Form
and we will rectify the item as soon possible.
